Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders from GTM Sales, Marketing, Partner teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Zscaler Selling motions
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment
Support the process design, requirements elicitation and gathering of business systems in the area of sales, partners and marketing
Build process flows and documentation for identifying these processes
Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value and a cost effective and scalable solution
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management or a related quantitative field
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication
Motivated self-starter with a clear passion for innovation and technology
Preferred
Prior exposure or experience working in a fast-paced business environment (e.g., tech, finance, or consulting)
Demonstrated curiosity and analytical depth: the ability to articulate complex business problems clearly and show a proactive, self-starting approach to learning
