Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, QA, and timely execution of website content across North American and international markets

Support the Manage Booking section by optimizing the presentation and functionality of purchasable offerings, including:

Shore excursions

Spa services

Other onboard experiences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and IT) to ensure seamless content delivery and a consistent user experience

Gain exposure to digital operations, content strategy, and e-commerce best practices in a fast-paced, global environment

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Digital merchandisingContent operationsMicrosoft Office SuiteIndependenceCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsTeamwork

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program

Enthusiastic about digital experiences, customer engagement, and the travel industry

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company's schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)

Preferred

Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
