Responsibilities

Manage accounts to drive market access – establish and maintain contact with customers and key influencers that deliver results

Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners who are committed to EcoCore markets

Visit partners and end-users to foster long-term relationships, evaluate needs, and promote products and services that enhance company and portfolio brand equity

Produce and implement Production Animal Health programs and sales strategies that drive success

Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to accomplish objectives for current and future products, including building and delivering customer and end-user presentations

Create and execute annual business plans, including the overall management of forecasts at the customer and item level, to achieve revenue and profit objectives

Monitor product flow and forecasts and provide solutions to potential challenges

Assist in identifying go-to-market opportunities and tactics to implement

Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of prospective leads and opportunities

Build positive relationships with internal team members, collaborating cross-functionally to drive Production Animal Health portfolio performance
