Uponor is rethinking water for future generations and is offering an exciting ten-week summer internship program in their Human Resources department. The intern will work hands-on with the Community Relations team, supporting projects in community relations and external affairs while contributing directly to the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Create a suite of materials and templates to be used for community relations and external affairs visits, events, and other needs
Develop process and documentation for relationship management within Salesforce database for community relations and external affairs contacts
Create materials for internal use to promote community relations and volunteer events
Assist with volunteer event planning and implementation for team events
Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship
Other duties as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Political Science, HR, or related fields
Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This internship is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Program runs from 6/1/26- 8/7/26. Applicants must be available for this time frame

Preferred

Event planning experience is a plus
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
