Responsibilities

Primary trainer for all phlebotomists, new hires, and students
Responsible for the collection of laboratory specimens from our patients through venipuncture and capillary procedures for diagnostic testing
Responsible for performing proper patient identification and providing an exceptional patient care experience

Qualification

PhlebotomyInpatient experienceModerate computer skillsHigh school diplomaCourses in phlebotomy

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Courses in phlebotomy
Minimum 1 year of inpatient phlebotomy experience
Moderate computer skills
