Required

2 years of experience with TCP/IP protocol configuration (e.g., DNS, FTP, SSH, BGP)

4 years of experience in Network Operations

Ability to execute precise work in time-sensitive outage scenarios

Effective communication of status changes impacting operations

Active Top Secret

Preferred

Experience or exposure to hosting providers, online services, or internet service provider environments, including troubleshooting routing, switching, and load balancing

Undergraduate degree in a related field or apprenticeship degree

CCNA or CCNP certification

Independent functional experience performing packet capture analysis or running Wireshark is highly desirable

Experience with securing/locking down network devices
