Manage business partner relationships
Execute sourcing engagements

Manage key supplier relationships
Monitor supplier spend and compliance to contract metrics
Continuously develop yourself and coach others
Qualification
Required
6+ years IT Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and/or Supplier Management
Effective communication and data interpretation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfort and experience in developing and defining process, versus following process
To be a self-starter and independent thinker
Experience with cross-functional teams
Effective project and time management skills
Preferred
Experience in the Medical Devices, Manufacturing, High Tech, or Management Consulting industry a plus
Global experience a plus
