Responsibilities
Integrate Dash capabilities in the FSS product – Develop and implement thoughtful, contextual ways to integrate Dash capabilities (e.g. Chat) in our FSS product, ensuring a seamless experience
Simplify and build a reliable and performant foundation that supports core jobs like uploading, retrieving, organizing, and acting on content
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product and Design to shape vision, contribute to planning, and execute on high-impact initiatives
Full stack Development – Build and optimize user experiences across surfaces, ensuring consistency and performance
Innovation & Problem-Solving – Explore new areas, experiment with different approaches, and drive solutions that enhance user adoption and engagement
Independent Ownership – Take full ownership of technical execution, making key decisions while collaborating with multiple teams, including Dash
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Product Thinking – Ability to understand user needs, contribute to product vision, and drive impactful solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Comfortable working closely with Product, Design, and multiple engineering teams to drive initiatives forward
Independence & Problem-Solving – Self-motivated, able to dive into new areas, experiment with different approaches, and drive execution with minimal guidance
Full-Stack Expertise – Experience working across both Frontend (React, TypeScript) and Backend (Python) is a plus
Experience with Experimentation – Familiarity with A/B testing, user adoption strategies, and growth-driven development in a product-focused environment
Performance Optimization – Knowledge of scaling, performance tuning, and optimizing multi-surface applications
Preferred
Growth & Experimentation Mindset – Prior experience working with growth teams, leveraging A/B testing to identify and drive effective user growth initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience working on core product engineering teams, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to build impactful user experiences
Frontend Expertise & Prototyping Agility – Strong frontend development skills (React, TypeScript, or similar) with the ability to quickly dive into new areas, build rapid prototypes, and iterate efficiently
