BizOps / SalesOps Specialist
Connecteam is a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS company seeking a tech-savvy, service-oriented BizOps / SalesOps Specialist to support their US GTM organization. The role involves troubleshooting CRM issues, optimizing workflows, and maintaining operational efficiency for a 100-person team.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary US BizOps contact for GTM teams, troubleshooting CRM issues like data hygiene, broken workflows, and permissions requests, quickly and efficiently
Partner with the global BizOps team in Tel Aviv to scale and optimize CRM workflows
Run routine system audits, ensure data hygiene, and keep all records accurate
Document and update internal processes, guides, and playbooks
Support onboarding of new GTM hires on tools, processes, and best practices
Work with analysts and engineers on integrations, tooling updates, and system rollouts
Provide field-level feedback to help refine processes and improve rep productivity
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of relevant experience in BizOps, SalesOps, RevOps, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (strong advantage for HubSpot)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams across time zones
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests independently
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to create reports or dashboards
Comfortable learning new tools, integrations, and systems quickly
Preferred
Experience working with distributed US-based GTM teams
Background in B2B SaaS environments
Familiarity with tools like Chili Piper, Gong, Intercom, or similar
Basic project management experience
Experience using automation/AI tools (e.g., n8n, Cursor)
Strong documentation and training capabilities
