Avalign Technologies produces innovative medical devices and is seeking a Graphics Coordinator to supervise the application of graphics on medical products. The role involves maintaining workflow, ensuring quality standards, and providing functional guidance and training to employees.

Responsibilities

Set up equipment to apply printed graphics on medical products made of plastic and/or metal

Accurately and consistently document all tasks performed on appropriate records, including work orders, inspection sheets, and maintenance logs

Organize Work Orders for production and help ensure efficiency of production

Help coordinate maintenance and inventory of respective supplies

Reads specifications to determine machine setup and troubleshoot issues

Uses hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing equipment

This position is responsible for day-to-day functional guidance, training, cross-training, and developing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, specifically related to blueprint reading, part numbers, work order procedures, operating requirements, safety and quality

May assist in interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems

Tracks and maintains efficiency measurements to ensure productivity

Helps train new employees as required

Performs other related duties as required or assigned
