Responsibilities

Deploy Insequence software, integrate systems, and provide end-user training
Travel up to 50%, including international trips
Follow project scope, report project status, and create documentation
Conduct User Acceptance testing and support handover presentations
Offer technical support, log detailed tickets, and upsell products/services
Collaborate with third-party providers and adapt to changing schedules

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems (Server & PC)
Skilled in basic computer hardware and network troubleshooting
Strong communication skills- you will communicate with colleagues and customers often
Ability to work remotely, stay focused, and manage multiple projects
Excellent problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Microsoft SQL Server
Technical writing
Proficiency in remote access and web conferencing software
Experience in technical support and help desk ticketing systems
Label design using Bartender
Kepware OPC Client communication
Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS), Data Warehouse Solutions (DWS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Knowledge of hardware virtualisation and network infrastructure
Familiarity with Just-in-Sequence (JIS) and Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery, PLC automation, manufacturing environments, and the automotive industry
