Manage capital improvement projects

Qualification

Affordable Housing experienceYardi experienceBi-lingualPA Real Estate LicenseCustomer service skillsAttention to detail

Required

Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry (HUD, Section 8, elderly preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and administrative processes
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required
Bi-lingual preferred
Yardi experience preferred
