Hilltop Holdings is seeking a Senior Floating Teller/Customer Service Representative who will handle various financial transactions and assist customers with their banking needs. The role involves supporting front-line staff and ensuring smooth customer service at multiple branches.

Responsibilities

Processes a variety of financial transactions including cashing checks, receiving deposits, distributing withdrawals, processing transfers, accepting loan payments and preparing change orders at our various market branches

Assist tellers and other front-line staff with more complex transactions

Provide overrides/approvals on escalated transactions

Assist customers with opening accounts

Process check orders

Issue debit cards

General maintenance on existing accounts

Other account related duties as needed

Required
