They are seeking a Global Assurance (Internal Audit) Fellow to support the strategic planning of the Global Assurance function, executing internal audits and providing key insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Internal audit risk assessments
Creating compliance frameworks
Building collaboration frameworks with other internal functions
Key technology integration; and
Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Certified Internal Auditor certification
Experience in risk assessment and enterprise risk management (ERM)
Experience with governance, risk, and compliance functions
Experience in project management or process implementation
Operational audit experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mature orthodox Christian faith
