Responsibilities

Leading a team of enthusiastic analysts while fostering a team environment focused on delivering on our commitments
Overseeing both analysis projects and associated tool development, primarily in MATLAB
Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders across multiple lines of business
Coordinate acceptance and planning of new work
Establish and maintain technical standards
Employ basic project management skills to track progress and communicate with leadership
Utilize your creativity and problem solving skills to think outside the box and address novel technical challenges in the space mission area

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Familiar with RF principles, GNC, and orbital mechanics
Experience with programming and scripting in MATLAB along with STK familiarity
Technical leadership experience
Experience collaborating with customers and/or key stakeholders
Must have an active Top Secret clearance prior to start (with a current investigation or CV date) and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

Master's degree with strong Math, Physics, and/or Statistics background
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience managing projects and personnel, often in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully between multiple engineering disciplines
Experience with AFSIM
Experience in the national security space mission area
Experience with multiple national security and defense customers
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills from a systems perspective
Strong communications and teamwork skills
Unbridled enthusiasm for maintaining a team environment and developing young analysts
