Responsibilities
Building and prototyping ML models for commercial use cases
You must be comfortable acting independently and be an influential partner to the client
You will lead and mentor the work of other associates engaged on the client
A keen sense of high-quality, timely delivery and relevant innovative analytic solutions is paramount
Collaboration with client stakeholders translating business needs into analytical approaches with strong and measurable insights to solve business challenges is key
Strong GenAI/Agentic AI experience is very important as well as a foundation in ML modeling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline
5+ years of professional industry experience
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and modelling techniques, such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, clustering, deep learning algorithms, boosting, text mining and NLP
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and in Python packages such as NumPy, Pandas, Sklearn, Seaborn, PyCaret, Matplotlib
Solid understanding and experience with database systems and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable models
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
