Mid Market Account Executive
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business with specialty contractors. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and delivering a consultative experience to clients, while also building relationships and uncovering pain points within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with construction professionals and uncover pain points
Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, negotiations, contracts
Develop territory plans and grow pipeline with data-driven prospecting
Deliver compelling product demos that showcase workflow efficiency
Position yourself as a trusted expert in the industry
Qualification
Required
1+ years in construction (preferably Project Management)
1+ years in sales (preferably Account Executive for a B2B or B2C SaaS product)
Preferred
Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, InfoMetaBase
Experience managing costs/change orders at mid-sized contractors
