The Business Transformation & Process Optimization Lead will drive operational excellence and support the company’s rapid growth by improving workflows and guiding teams through complex operational changes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering initiatives to streamline operations across product, sales, customer success, and partnerships

Design and implement data-driven operational frameworks that improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support global scaling

Develop change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and technology across the organization

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvements

Establish clear performance KPIs and oversee tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization activities

Evaluate existing workflows and build new SOPs that enhance productivity and alignment as the company expands

Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, global expansion, and cross-departmental integration projects

Communicate operational insights and performance results directly to senior leadership

Required

7+ years of experience in business process re-engineering, operational excellence, management consulting, or transformation roles within tech, SaaS, PropTech, real estate, or enterprise environments

A proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives that improved efficiency, reduced costs, or accelerated growth

Strong capability in diagnosing operational bottlenecks, mapping workflows, and redesigning systems using industry frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen — certification a plus)

Demonstrated success driving change management at scale, including stakeholder alignment, training, communication planning, and adoption tracking

Advanced analytical skills with experience in KPI design, performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or internal analytics

Ability to build scalable SOPs, governance models, and operational playbooks for rapidly expanding teams and global operations

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executives, engineers, and operational teams — even without direct authority

Hands-on experience in fast-growth or high-velocity environments, balancing strategic vision with execution speed

Deep interest in AI-driven automation, digital transformation, and real estate innovation — and enthusiasm for shaping the operational backbone of a company working on national-scale development impact
