Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites
Oversee system performance, uptime, and service delivery metrics
Direct incident response and ensure timely escalation/resolution
Supervise technical staff, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations
Develop and enforce IT operational standards, best practices, and SLAs
Plan and coordinate technology upgrades, deployments, and integrations
Support hardware/software installations, patching, and troubleshooting
Provide advanced support for network and telephony components
Maintain operational documentation and ensure policy compliance
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or operations management role
Strong background in production support, enterprise IT operations, and incident management
Proven experience managing technical teams in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and multi-site operations
Knowledge of network/telephony systems troubleshooting
Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and operational standards
Ability to mentor staff and promote a high-performance culture
