Senior LevelGuthrie Clinic is a non-profit physician-led integrated health care delivery system looking to add a Chief Resident role to its Sayre Internal Medicine practice. The Chief Resident will have a split role with administrative and clinical responsibilities, working closely with residency leadership and managing patient care.

Responsibilities
The Internal Medicine Chief Resident will work with the Program Director, Associate Program Director, Internal Medicine Faculty and Residents as a member of the residency leadership team
This position will include on-the-job training in administrative skills, clinical teaching and supervision, research and publication
The Chief Resident role is a one-year position, split - 50% administrative and 50% clinical
This role will additionally serve as a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician, taking on duties such as precepting IM Residents as well as independently managing a panel of patients

Ability to work with the Program Director, Associate Program Director, Internal Medicine Faculty and Residents
On-the-job training in administrative skills, clinical teaching and supervision, research and publication
Ability to manage a panel of patients independently
