Responsibilities
Review business requirements to ensure all communications projects align with company, divisional and line of business (LOB) strategies
Ensure communications comply with Pennymac’s brand guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements (and changes)
Validate communications request to ensure objectives, CBAs, requirements, etc. are clearly outlined
Consult with loan servicing LOBs to gather additional information (as needed) and to kick off projects
Assign all loan servicing communications projects to our communications strategy team for creation
Oversee scoping development, and status of communications projects and monitor SLAs surrounding communications creation
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to decipher strategic objectives and needs from LOBs and translate
Preferred
Commercial Print experience a plus
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
