Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, roadmap of the global payroll processing platform
Drive the execution of major initiatives on the payroll platform as the core of EOR
Draft requirements for initiatives that are clear, accurate, and easily translatable into technical requirements
Define goals and success criteria, work across functions to provide clarity and direction to ensure initiatives are moving forward
Foster a culture of learning and iteration through experimentation
Partner across engineering, payroll operations, sales and marketing to influence and better understand our customers
Leverage AI for automation of payroll processing capabilities
Ensure products are delivered on time with a focus on exactness and a seamless user experience
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Product Management experience
Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
Experience leading initiatives across large engineering and cross functional teams, to influence roadmap planning and execution
Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, structuring ambiguous concepts and from first principles
Startup experience, either in FinTech or HR tech preferably
Preferred
Experience taking a product from 0-1 or founded a startup is preferred
