Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and enhance financial models, including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, covenant forecasts, and DCFs used for joint ventures
Analyze financial statements, return waterfalls, and debt/derivative reporting to draw insights and forecast future performance
Apply strong organization, structure, and formatting skills when working within models to ensure transparency and accuracy
Collaborate with teams across the organization (e.g. accounting, finance, and operating teams) to gather inputs & validate assumptions
Prepare presentations and marketing materials, including pitches, responses to diligence requests, and various modeling exercise outputs for investors, senior executives, and Board of Directors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience
Highly analytical mindset
Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail & organization
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and management
Self-starter, Proactive, motivated, driven personality
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred
MBA / CFA with financial markets understanding
Prior experience in banking, consulting, financial services and / or real estate firm
Prior experience in Macabacus, Yardi, Tableau
Solid understanding of accounting principles
