The Senior Business Systems Analyst will support finance enterprise systems, providing project and technical support while driving business process improvements and system optimizations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance business to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new/existing systems and enhancements

Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications

Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization

Partner with IT leadership to implement transformation initiatives improving business and technical tasks and reduce/eliminate manual processes

Work closely with business users, project managers, functional and technical subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Facilitate sessions to elicit requirements and validate solutions

Develop use/cases, process flows, and data models to support system design

Support of business user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-deployment

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and policies

Manage and optimize cyclical system administration tasks, including audit processes, system reporting, and access reviews, ensuring compliance and operational continuity

Use JIRA to triage, track, and resolve tickets

Contribute to the development and delivery of user training and documentation for new processes and features

Perform other duties as required
