The Lead Wireman will be responsible for pulling wire, wire terminations, and control panel construction within substations and electrical facilities.

Responsibilities
Reads prints, uses standard hand and power tools, follow specific work instructions while adhering to all Safety and Human Performance fundamentals
Inspect, test, repair, and maintain electrical equipment in generating stations, substations, and in-service relays
Wires from point-to-point or schematics
Install process piping and instrumentation
Installs components per layout drawings
Manages, mentors and coaches employees
Communicates job expectations and monitoring with employee base
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in installation of high voltage components, perform wiring, including control panels, control houses and process modules
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables
Ability to communicate effectively in English (inclusive of reading and writing) due to the nature of safety-related materials, documentation, and interactions with clients
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Perform regular field work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid Driver's license and good driving record
