Part-Time Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist (Florida-Based)
Avas Management Services Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team on a flexible part-time basis. The role involves managing money movement, transfers, and accounts payable workflows, supporting critical financial operations that require accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day treasury functions, including initiating and confirming domestic wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal transfers
Manage and process accounts payable, including vendor bills, payment approvals, and disbursements
Maintain accurate records of payments and reconciliations
Assist with cash flow tracking and forecasting support
Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment processing
Support month-end closing tasks related to payables and treasury
Respond to payment-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
Qualification
Required
Based in Florida (this is a requirement)
3+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, or similar financial roles
Strong understanding of banking platforms, QuickBooks, and general accounting principles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive financial information
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
