Responsibilities

Build and scale patient recruitment engine through data-driven growth strategies, performance marketing, and conversion optimization
Own the entire patient acquisition funnel from demand generation through enrollment conversion
Identify high-performing channels across paid social, paid search, organic social, SEO, and community partnerships to drive qualified patient traffic at scale
Use analytics to identify conversion bottlenecks, run rapid A/B tests across creative and landing pages, optimize user journeys to minimize drop-off, and implement growth loops that accelerate enrollment velocity
Report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with study operations teams to align growth strategies with enrollment capacity and continuously improve campaign performance
Analyze trial inclusion/exclusion criteria to define target audiences and identify optimal acquisition channels
Build channel mix strategies that maximize enrollment efficiency
Launch and optimize end-to-end B2C acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Bing
Own targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and bid optimization to drive qualified patient traffic at the lowest possible CAC
Map the complete user journey from ad click through enrollment
Use analytics to identify friction points and drop-off stages
Run experiments on landing pages, forms, messaging, and process flows to maximize conversion rates and enrollment velocity
Build dashboards to track funnel health and identify optimization opportunities in real-time

Required

You have 2+ years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, D2C, or B2C or similar growth exposure through a commercial role in a scaling business
You're highly analytical and fluent in funnel metrics CAC, conversion rates, LTV, drop-off analysis and use data to drive decision-making
You have experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
You have high agency, move fast, and aren't afraid to test unconventional channels or creative approaches
You're passionate about our mission: transforming healthcare and accelerating life-saving treatments
You have experience in using the meta ad platforms

Preferred

Experience with clinical trial patient recruitment is a strong plus but not required
You've owned and scaled digital acquisition campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with demonstrated ROI improvement
