Senior LevelChangeis, Inc. partners with U.S. Federal agencies to build modern, secure, and scalable data ecosystems. They are seeking experienced Data Architects interested in future contract opportunities to design enterprise data platforms and shape end-to-end data strategies.

Qualification
Required
Experience designing enterprise-scale data ecosystems including data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms
Strong understanding of Medallion architecture patterns and modern data product design
Ability to develop conceptual and logical data models, ontologies, and lineage documentation
Understanding of data governance principles and metadata management
Experience defining data integration standards and overseeing ingestion from diverse systems (RDBMS, ERP, CAD)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Ability to guide data engineering teams on best practices in modeling, quality, and performance optimization
Ability to translate complex architecture concepts for business, governance, and technical stakeholders
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like StreamSets and Palantir Foundry
Experience in federal or regulated environments preferred
The ability to obtain clearance is a plus
