This role is essential for supporting Medeco's key control programs and legal operations, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Process and manage agreements, patents, trademarks, and copyright documents using Docuware and other systems

Work with leadership to negotiate terms with dealers, distributors, and end users, and maintain centralized legal files and databases

Support regulatory requirements and ensure documentation aligns with Medeco and ASSA standards

Administer keyway maintenance and support for customer care, sales, and product management teams

Liaise with corporate legal teams, product managers, and customer service to ensure smooth operations

Contribute to automation and simplification initiatives that enhance legal and compliance workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred

Paralegal or compliance experience preferred

Customer service experience is a plus

Technical aptitude is helpful
