They are seeking a Vending Machine Technician responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing vending machines, ensuring operational readiness and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair vending machines at customer locations

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs

Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and part replacement

Ensure machines are stocked and operational according to company standards

Maintain accurate service records and report issues promptly

Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Other duties as required

Required

Must be a US or Australian Citizen

Must possess a US TS/SCI or AUS PV Clearance

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in vending machine repair or similar mechanical/electrical role

Knowledge of refrigeration systems and payment processing technology

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
