Responsibilities
Drive Growth, Own Accounts, Crush Quota
Own strategic enterprise accounts, expand adoption, and deliver measurable ROI
Work with executive sponsors, finance, and procurement leaders to uncover opportunities, influence outcomes, and grow revenue
Identify opportunities, break through barriers, and land deals that others think are too complex
Work closely with executives, finance, procurement, and operational leaders to deliver real business impact
Create leads instead of waiting for them
Understand our platform and how it solves today’s challenges while positioning clients for tomorrow
Translate value into action, influencing adoption, expansion, and long-term partnerships
Shape account strategies, share best practices with the team, and elevate Coupa’s presence in the enterprise landscape
Qualification
Required
Experience in enterprise sales, particularly in a high-impact, hyper-growth environment
Ability to drive growth and own strategic enterprise accounts
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong relationship-building skills with executive sponsors, finance, and procurement leaders
Ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes
Experience in translating value into action and influencing adoption and expansion
Strategic thinking skills to shape account strategies and share best practices
Understanding of spend management solutions and how they solve business challenges
