Responsibilities
Lead and deliver cross-company transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on AI adoption
Define program scope, outcomes, timelines, and success metrics
Maintain a roadmap and prioritized backlog of operational improvement and AI-enabled projects
Partner with leaders across Apptegy to identify inefficiencies and design initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability
Plan and lead training, communications, and rollout programs that drive adoption of new tools and processes
Build trust and enthusiasm around continuous improvement and AI enablement
Ensure operational governance, including adherence to ethical, data, and compliance standards
Track adoption, efficiency gains, and business outcomes, and regularly report progress to leadership
Qualification
Required
8 or more years in program or project management, including 5 or more years leading cross-functional operational or technology transformation programs
Expertise in project planning, delivery, and stakeholder alignment
Ability to dive deep into technical details while maintaining a clear, high-level view of program strategy
Strong understanding of SaaS operations, data, AI, and automation technologies
Ability to influence effectively across teams and communicate with both technical and business audiences
Experience defining KPIs, managing change, and presenting results to senior leadership
Fluency in tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, Make, Glean, N8N, Retool, Intercom, PlanHat, or similar platforms
A detail-oriented and autonomous working style
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience leading operational or digital transformation within SaaS or B2B technology organizations
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prosci
Familiarity with process improvement and automation frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or AI/ML tools
A track record of driving scalable process change and fostering innovation
