Responsibilities
Be an integral member of the planning team
Lead supply and demand alignment activities at the Systems contract manufacturing site, manage escalations from Revenue Operations and Account Management, and participate in weekly calls related to supply and demand changes
Focus on data and key metrics to identify issues and strengthen planning processes
Make recommendations based on data analysis
Support supply chain execution activities, including inventory control and supply planning for production materials
Lead the final review and publication of the Master Production Schedule for all factories
Work with global cross functional teams to maintain clear and effective communication
Apply strong project management skills to drive special projects with the contract manufacturer that improve business processes, tools, collaboration, and the overall quality of supply and demand outcomes

Effective communicator across teams and time zones
Positive, proactive mindset with a can do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Able to manage multiple priorities at the same time
Previous experience with data analysis in planning or supply chain roles
Proficiency in Excel
Preferred
Prior experience with international manufacturing environments
Experience in high tech industries
Knowledge of SAP IBP
