Responsibilities

Determine viability of potential cases
Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign
Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends
Travel to location to speak with and sign clients
Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process

Qualification

Plaintiff-side personal injuryCalifornia State Bar licensePre-litigationLitigation processesSales skillsBilingual in EnglishSpanishEmpathyPersuasion

Required

At least two years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close
Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment
Ability to commute to our DTLA office at least 3 days per week

Preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
