Responsibilities
Completing resident service requests quickly and correctly
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general interior and exterior issues
Preparing luxury apartment homes for new residents with care and attention to detail
Helping maintain resort-style amenities including pools, fitness areas, grills, pet parks, and outdoor spaces
Keeping grounds and common areas clean and well maintained
Using tools and equipment safely and following Panther’s safety guidelines
Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Communicating clearly and respectfully with residents and team members
Qualification
Required
Maintenance experience in apartment homes, hotels, commercial buildings, or similar settings
Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
Ability to follow instructions, complete work orders, and use basic tools
A positive, respectful approach with residents and coworkers
Good time management and follow-through
Willingness to participate in on-call, weekend, or holiday rotations
EPA Universal certification
Universal certification must be obtained within a set timeframe after hire
Preferred
Strong HVAC skills
Experience maintaining Class A amenities
Pool maintenance experience
