Responsibilities
In the absence of Location Supervisor, you will execute and oversee all aspects of the aircraft detailing process, including interior cleaning and sanitization, as well as exterior detailing and polishing
Follow detailed cleaning, safety and quality checklists to maintain consistency and thoroughness
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored
Complete all safety and training modules
Establish and enforce strict quality and safety standards for all aircraft under your supervision
Inspect aircraft interiors and exteriors to identify and address any areas needing additional attention pre and post detailing
Assist with regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
Report any issues or discrepancies to your Supervisor or Operations Manager/ Asst. Ops if applicable .Job duties may expand as experience grows
Qualification
Required
Must be an outstanding communicator
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
High level of Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Proficient at all detailing services available within Immaculate Flight
Lifting objects up to 50 pounds
Standing and walking for extended periods
Pushing, pulling, and using hands for grasping and reaching
Working at elevated heights
Bending, stretching, squatting, and kneeling
Exposure to varying weather conditions
Handling moderate to high noise levels
Exposure to biohazard and/or approved chemicals
Repetitive movements involving arms, wrists, hands, and fingers
Close and distance vision
Peripheral vision and depth perception
Preferred
6 months internal experience preferred
