Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of documentation sustaining activities, ensuring document feedback is handled efficiently and effectively
Serve as the primary liaison with cross-functional teams—including Product Lifecycle Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, other Healthineers divisions, and OEM partners—to drive and accomplish service objectives such as Lifecycle Cost, Maintenance Cost, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) for PET/CT products
Create, manage, and own comprehensive service project plans by defining deliverables and ensuring adherence to timelines and established parameters
Participate actively in cross-functional Project Steering and Sustaining Groups, regularly communicating project status updates to both project teams and service group stakeholders
Monitor project milestones in alignment with the master schedule, proactively identify potential risks, and oversee the initiation, tracking, and escalation of mitigation strategies as necessary
Anticipate and address potential challenges, applying strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial solutions across stakeholders
Demonstrate a strong commitment to service quality by actively participating in decision-making processes and prioritizing customer needs throughout all project phases

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical field (engineering, computer science). Equivalent experience will be considered
Minimum of 5-8 years in designing or supporting Medical Imaging Devices
Strong understanding of complex system design and development

Preferred

Practical use of Agile project management methodologies a plus
Experience servicing Computed Tomography (CT) and PET/CT systems a plus
