Curriculum Manager (R4178)

The Curriculum Manager will design, develop, and manage educational material for the V-BAT product, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and enhancing training effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials, including training manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms
Stay abreast of service requirements, international airworthiness standards, industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance training materials
Qualification
Required
College degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training products
Preferred
Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role, preferably in the aerospace or UAV industry
Familiarity with US DoD training and service guidance and international airworthiness standards and regulations
Prior experience in manned or unmanned aircraft operations (Groups 3–5)
Background in software development, including content creation for software applications, preferably in a startup environment
Part 61 certification or equivalent experience
Prior instructional or teaching experience
