Responsibilities

Own the integration of suppliers and procurement practices as they relate to new M&A activities

This includes detailed contract review, strategic vendor consolidation, and critical system integration of acquired procurement platforms

Drive standardization and improvement of the Procurement scope for all mergers and acquisitions

Actively identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings within the integrated procurement functions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure successful M&A integration from a procurement perspective

Develop and implement best practices for M&A procurement integration

Ensure all integration activities maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Act as an ambassador for Motorola Solutions during the onboarding of employees of newly acquired businesses, fostering a positive and collaborative environment within the team
