Responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy in daily operations
Develop, implement, and execute approved security policies, procedures, and programs for SAP, SCI, and collateral data
Provide day-to-day security oversight, assessing procedures for vulnerabilities and recommending improvements
Identify potential threats, risks, and vulnerabilities to test, training, and operational activities
Assist in developing and maintaining the Operations Security (OPSEC) program
Provide support and oversight to contractor and subordinate facilities
Brief personnel at all levels—including government staff and senior civilian employees—on security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs
Monitor, report, and track all corrective actions resulting from security reviews
Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into security education and awareness programs
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance
4+ years related work experience
Extensive experience with NISPOM, ICDs, SAP policies, and facility security operations
