Entry Level Interior Designer - DC

They are seeking an Entry Level Interior Designer to contribute to hospitality and multifamily residential interior design projects, working in a collaborative environment while developing strong design concepts.

Responsibilities

Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creative
Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selections
Experience with in multifamily and/or large scale commercial workplace projects is a bonus
Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid work permit (USA)

Required

Interior Designers/ Interior Architects with 2-3 years of experience
Based in Washington, DC metro area
Focus on Hospitality and Multifamily Residential Interior Design
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creative
Excellent Revit, Enscape, AI Rendering tools, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selections
Experience with in multifamily and/or large scale commercial workplace projects is a bonus
Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid work permit (USA)

Preferred

LEED Green Associate and/or WELL accreditation (or progress towards this)
Progress towards NCIDQ Certification or Architectural Licensure
