Responsibilities
Greet every shopper, uncover needs, and match them with the right Ford or pre-owned vehicle
Drive each deal from test-drive to paperwork using CRM, video walk-arounds, and digital retail tools
Hit weekly and monthly volume goals while protecting gross and CSI
Stay up-to-date on Ford products, incentives, and competitors
Build long-term relationships through timely calls, texts, and social follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Track record in automotive or high-ticket sales—or proof you learn fast and close deals
Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Tech-savvy: CRM, online retail platforms, video, and social outreach
Self-starter focus plus a team-first mindset
Valid Texas driver's license and clean record
