This role involves developing groundbreaking tools to accelerate semiconductor manufacturing and improve device performance study at advanced technology nodes.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with industry leaders to develop groundbreaking tools that accelerate semiconductor manufacturing and device performance study at the most advanced nodes
Deliver significant performance gains over conventional approaches essential for supporting high-volume manufacturing and agile turnaround times
Qualification
Required
PhD (or MS + 5+ years of research/industry experience) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.)
Expertise in scientific computing: Numerical algorithms (FEM/FD/FVM), eigen/linear/PDE solvers, convex optimization, computational geometry, computer graphics
High-performance computing: Distributed processing, OpenMPI, GPU acceleration, CUDA ecosystems
SW/Programming skills: Proficiency in C/C++, CUDA, Python, Code Copilot
AI/ML applications: Leveraging AI/ML to accelerate problem solving processes
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex computational challenges
Ability to estimate software development tasks accurately and deliver on schedule
Open and collaborative team mindset
Preferred
Basic semiconductor process (photolithography, etch, deposition, CMP) and semiconductor device physics
