Responsibilities

Develop new technology concepts with strategic impact focused in computer vision algorithm and system design and system integration
Actively lead and participate in design, architecture, and development efforts
Engage with internal and external thought leaders across the computer vision stack to drive new concepts and applications

Required

BS + 5 years' experience or MS + 3 years' experience or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with experience in design and development of computer vision software
Strong execution track record
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals at the Master's level for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
Experience in systems architecture, design, and system integration
Experience programming in C/C++/Python
Experience in software engineering and software architecture
Experience developing camera and sensor drivers
Experience in integrating software, into working systems
Experience with robotic perception, sensor fusion, and computer vision
Possess superior problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities, all while operating in an extremely demanding, fast-paced team setting
Must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process
Must be 18 years or older
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY
