Supervisor, Executive Administrative Assistants (Denver - Hybrid)

Aegon is seeking a Supervisor for their Executive Administrative Assistants to support Transamerica Asset Management's executive leadership with a variety of administrative and general support duties. The role involves handling confidential correspondence, liaising with executives, managing calendars, and ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.

Responsibilities

Prepares confidential correspondence, periodical reports, meeting notices, presentation materials and other documents in appropriate formats using word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and/or desktop publishing software
Compiles information and prepares special and complex one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries for variety of audiences and levels
Acts as liaison between the Officer of the Company and various executives with employees of the Company, clients, and all interested outside parties
Screens telephone calls, providing assistance and accurate information for routing non-routine calls
Maintains calendars, schedule meetings and makes travel arrangements for top senior level executives
Applies in-depth divisional knowledge to projects of small to medium scope
Determines methods and procedures to be used in resolving the most complex inquiries and will make on-the-spot priority decisions
Maintains confidential files of information of the most highly confidential nature
Operates with substantial latitude for independent judgment and discretion
May supervise, train or review the work of other Administrative Assistant personnel
Manage data privacy risks and ensure compliance with company policy regarding the processing of personal and/or other sensitive data

Required

High school education or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills (strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, proficient with the other MS Office Suite products)

Associate's degree preferred
Colorado Notary Public
Excellent time management skills
Frequent demand to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines
Advanced knowledge of company and organizational structure with respect to the division and departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess a high level of analytical skills
