Responsibilities

Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner

Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable

Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations

Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards

Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer

Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services

Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement

Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations

Other duties as assigned
