They are seeking a Floating Teller who will perform Teller and Customer Service Representative duties across multiple banking centers, ensuring quality customer service and handling financial transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM

Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable

Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations. Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards

Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services. Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement

Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations
