Responsibilities
Work with subject matter experts, Operations, and branches to understand the current state and the impact of the desired change
Assist in identifying communication and training needs for a particular application or process
Recommend a training curriculum that meets program goals
Create training material as directed
Deliver exceptional training using a variety of training techniques and concepts
Oversee associate attendance and engagement
Propose communication to all levels of the organization as needed
Continually enhance program material as changes occur
Qualification
Required
Earned or in-progress degree
Knowledge of business processes
Well-organized, dependable, self-sufficient
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
Proven troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Ability to work as a member of various teams
