Embedded GSOC Analyst
Sibylline is a leading intelligence and strategic risk consultancy in the security sector. They are looking for a GSOC Analyst to join an embedded role within a client's security team, primarily tasked with alarm management, customer service, facilities support, and incident response as part of a 24/7 security operations team.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely response to incidents, alarms, notifications, and calls for service
CCTV and alarm monitoring escalation and triage requests
Evaluate and process information received from all available sources, and respond with appropriate communication, analytic reporting, and incident response procedures
Ensure all forms of communications, such as written reports, emails, phone conversations, and personal interactions are conducted in a confidential, courteous, and professional manner and documented appropriately
Maintain knowledge of the GSOC specific standard operating procedures
Manage physical security and control functions at designated locations
Communicate security issues or emergency situations by escalating information to department leadership, local law enforcement, emergency services, such as EMT, fire departments, etc
Participate regularly in security/safety training programs to stay current on critical GSOC responsibilities and competencies inclusive of drills and tabletop exercises
Engage with Sibylline Intel Ops and other embedded teams to enhance skills, knowledge and best practices, with a view to developing new intelligence products for the client

Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, and auto-improving individuals who can couple initiative and boldness with good judgement
Excellent written and spoken English
Clarity of thought and analytical flair
Strong, demonstrable interest in security and intelligence
The ability to work under pressure, demonstrate leadership when required but also be able to collaborate effectively in teams
Excellent attention to detail
Highly attentive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal abilities
Strong team player who can work independently in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated customer service skills and flexibility to support 24/7 operations, including overtime
Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or related fields) or equivalent work experience in fields such as security, research and analysis, investigations, or customer service
Flexibility and ability to work all shifts (24/7 operations), willingness to assist the team with overtime as needed
Preferred
Preferred experience with mass notification systems (e.g., Everbridge)
Preferred experience with security applications such as Lenel and Genetec
Preferred experience with social media monitoring tools (e.g., Dataminr)
Preferred foreign language skills
