Supervising Immigration Attorney (Ypsilanti)
Michigan Advocacy Program is seeking a Supervising Attorney for the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center (MIRC) to lead their immigration legal services team. The role involves supervising staff, contributing to grant reporting, and working directly on cases while participating in leadership decision-making.

Qualification
Required
Applicants should be licensed to practice law in Michigan or be eligible to waive in or to take the next Michigan bar examination
should have experience in handling an immigration law caseload
should demonstrate a commitment to serving low-income immigrant and other underserved communities
Three years' legal experience is required
Excellent communication skills in English are required
Preferred
Because this is a management position, administrative and supervisory experience is preferred
five years' legal experience is preferred
communication skills in Spanish are preferred but not required
